There were now two people in the room that were expressing the same concern, both concerned about these proposed robots. Reading the body language with subtle hints Cologero was figuring out what they might be, his focus currently was on Mala. She had some great insights that almost mirrored what was already established. "Troy?" Cologero said questing to himself, it seemed like a bit of an obscure reference to the invention of the Trajan horse.

Sitting back in his chair Cologero was thinking about things a little more clearly, his nerves were starting to settle. Cologero was imagining the process all over again, Thorn who could make a bunch of these machines that could do wonderful things, the problem is controlling them on a massive scale. The theory out there right now is if four ships as the number was given, the burden could be shouldered by all four. It would be easier for those machines to have a predictable outcome, making it more of a controlled response.

For a second Cologeros mind slipped back to the British ship HMS Hood, it was sunk by the Bismarck from an impressive distance. The issue was the Hood did cause damage that did help get rid of the problem, they had a powerful ship that was fast but couldn't steer. The ship was eventually scuttled with a bombardment of shells coming her way, first was the Sword fish torpedoes. His mind circled back to the maneuver that he referred to as basically putting a brick on their foot, that wasn't too far off from her intention. Thinking about the shield penetrating technology it wasn't much different then what they currently use, this was so they didn't have to fully drop the shield of the Brigg.

For a couple of minutes everyone around him became a blur with everything said not really being heard by him, instead Cologero was daydreaming. For the purpose of the daydream Cologero imagined what this ship would look like, then imagined a small fleet of escorts. The Cardassians were not known to be like the Red Tails, they protected the Bombers without being baited away from their objectives.

"So lets see if I got this strait." Cologero took a second to think it through a bit more. "Commander you said the end result these robots attach themselves to the hull at one point, the only way to get rei of them was to scrape them off essentially. Lieutenant you said this could be like a hand grenade, we have no idea who it will hit or even where." Refining it a bit further. "If we can basically make these things contagious, infect two of their smaller ships with this then they basically attack each other in order to rid themselves of them." If they affect a few of them they might get better results. If they couldn't make this work Cologero knew it was going to be shelved until it could be used safely, its too bad they didn't know what the other ships were going to do.
