The odds of surviving a battle with the Cardassians were vanishingly small. And what was worse was that the Yeager's pirate of a Captain didn't seem to have any tricks up her proverbial sleeves. T'Lari wasn't judging. The Tactical officer certainly didn't have any ideas either. The best they could hope for would be to simply remain unnoticed, and those weren't good odds either.
So the half-Vulcan did the only things she could do: remain at the ready and try to obtain more information. Perhaps a sudden surprise attack could cripple the Os'rus. Unlikely, but possible. And then run, as fast as the Yeager could go.
