Kalli had a reputation for sneaking up on people without appearing to even try. One minute she wasn't there and then the next she was standing next to you.
"So, what's the plan? I'm curious to see who's in charge. This is a team building exercise, so they deliberately try to not have some of us leading it."
Her sly smile insinuated that it was likely going to intentionally challenge the younger troops to step up and show their stuff. There was a playful aspect to it all, but it was no joke. You learned by trying...and sometimes failing. Still, these controlled attempts to hone your skills were good for everyone involved.
She deliberately had not brought her drones with her, but she still always carried her karambit and her multi-tool. The purpose was to accomplish the objectives with a relatively controlled list of resources and Kalli could appreciate that. She had left most of her stuff behind. A small PADD in a thigh pocket was about the only other thing she brought.
The small Engineer glanced at those who had already arrived and smiled. She was little, but Coppola had seen her working out in the gym a few times and for a little thing, she was scary strong. She was full human, yet she would often spot for a couple of the Klingons from Security. The little lady seemed to have no fear.
