The only thing that appears to be universal is that it is rude to wave your genitals at them until you've at least been properly introduced, but beyond that it seems most rules are quite arbitrary. I value comfort and functionality most, but naturally that greatly depends upon what mood one is in. I find it interesting that in the cultures where it matters most, it is often considered attractive for a woman to wear a man's clothing, but not the other way around. Those cultures also find it offensive to call a man pretty, which is such a silly thing to me. Suffice to say that I will not question your clothing or sexual interests unless they are in me, in which case, that might be a rather uncomfortable conversation for you, so please try to control yourself in that department, if you would be so kind."
She rolled her eyes and decided not to try and explain adults too much, "Adults...I suppose that also depends on what the adults are doing, but in general, I have found that so long as you're not doing something illegal, the less they know, the better. I consider permission to be set ground rules and then worry about forgiveness once it actually applies to the situation. That tends to leave me in a legally grey area most of the time, but as I'm still working on obtaining a firm grasp on people in general, it has served we well so far. I will simply say that I'm not likely to compare easily to most children you have encountered, but my education is still a work in progress. Thor is my unique baby-sitter, though I'm not much of a baby and sitting is not one of my favorite pastimes."
She took a step closer and gave him a close look over, you're likely to grown another inch before you're finished, but your muscle structure will fill out a bit more. He is a peaceful and loving man, but if his family is in danger...you would not want to witness it. I doubt you have anything to fear though, as he considers you family now too." She paused and looked at the ground, gathered her thoughts and then continued, "Two moms...goodness...my mind understands it, but it is a wealth I don't really understand. I've not...um...I mean...Thank you for sharing your one mom with me. She's quite wonderful. She's even more wonderful than what I had read about moms and how they treated their children. A great many things make much more sense to me since I met her. I can't explain it to you in words that you would understand, but she means a great deal to me. Perhaps in the future I might be able to explain it, but for now simply know that you have my gratitude."
Tilting her head in curiosity, she then asked, "Your question begs for me to ask you, what kind of things do you normally do when adults are not around?"
