There was some activity in Ten Forward, a lot of the Officers left the area. His new friends had to go as well, he was all alone not sure what to do next. The view from the front window looked pretty good, this was Jason’s first look at a Station like that, he pictured his mom on the Bridge right there with the Captain, he didn’t know what the exact layout was so he made something up that looked good.
Now that people were getting ready to do what ever they were doing, Jason thought it was best to stay out of the way. This was also one of the few safe areas that Jason was instructed to go to increase of emergency, fortunately there was none. Eventually when everyone gets settled they can do something together, all he was doing was waiting. Thinking about his school and where he could go, he had a lot of space possibly even a couple of people to talk too, Jason was here to learn and get some influence. The two men he briefly talked with that would be helpful. The last thing he wondered about was having a little sister, hopefully she enjoyed the gift.
