Tes’ head whipped around at the sound of the commotion. He hadn’t been here more than a day and was already witnessing the Artemis’ crew’s drama.
His mouth fell open a little as he watched one of the officers, a red headed woman, be on the receiving end of a fairly hard slap.
That’s… gotta hurt.
He didn’t know anyone, but things were tense, and he recoiled a bit on instinct as one of the officers in the conflict, the one trying to separate the two, was pushed into the lake.
Uh oh.
His antennae pointed at the scene unconsciously out of both shock and curiosity. The woman began to step out of the lake, and Tes had a feeling he was about to witness some bloodshed. Probably figuratively. He hoped…
He turned his head back to Robin, but his antennae didn’t follow. A small, unsteady, nervous smile spread on his lips.
“Maybe… those introductions can wait.”
