A man in a red suit that looks suspiciously like the Q that used to haunt the Enterprise appears in the middle of the officer's mess, and gives the senior staff a meaningful look.
"Bonjour mes amis!", he says jovially. "I think you all know what time it is, don't you? You wouldn't want the space-time continuum to come crashing down, right? It would be a terrible bother. So please get this done, thank you ever so much"
