An unscheduled shuttle arrived, but had clearance. It was a bit worn and still carried various small marks of battle. It was a variant of the Danube Runabout that had been modified as an old Marine drop-ship, sporting a sleek low profile turret on top. designed to assist in getting into and out of hostile landing zones. The name on the side said Valkyrie.

Lt Andromeda Tate stepped out of the Valkyrie and glanced around to get her bearings. She was in civilian clothing and carrying a small travel bag over her shoulder, though it mostly carried a PADD and some minor professional equipment. Nobody called her andromeda though, except her mother. She preferred to be called Andrea.

A tap of her comm badge and Tate said, "Computer, please locate Lieutenant Kate Fletcher for me."

A chirp of acknowledgement was quickly followed by: [Lt Fletcher is currently in the main Medical Complex on Deck 12.]

Having received clearance to dock, the Glamorous Glennis maneuvered its way into the designated parking area within the Aquila's shuttlebay. Ris stood by the hatch, ensuring all of the other nineteen crew from the Yeager debarked, while also doing his best to soothe any frazzled nerves.

I'm no counselor, that's for sure, but, I've found that a little bit of empathy and commiseration can go a long way.

He conferred with the personnel NCO that had been dispatched to receive and process them. As much as Ris wanted to stay and personally ensure his crewmen were properly billeted, he knew his priority was to bring the PADD he carried and its information to the commanding officer. His antennae locked forward as he delegated the lower priority task to one of the stewards that had joined him on the shuttle. They're better suited to this sort of logistics, anyway, given that it's literally their duty. Giving a slight nod, he got directions to the nearest turbolift that would convey him to the bridge.
